Singlehanded and Doublehanded classes will start on Friday, July 27, 2007. The courses consist of ocean triangles of from 65-125 miles in length, which begin and end in Narragansett Bay, and which vary for the Monohulls, Multihulls and Cruising Canvas divisions. The SOLO-TWIN is raced annually.

Saturday 2000: The Awards are over. About 60 people participated in the awards and later enjoyed the chowder, etc. provided by Mal Kaul. I would like to thank the following people that helped along the way: Race Committee - Dave Del Nero, Toml Tysor, Mal Kaull, Kathy Herminghhause and Dave Nassaney; Food Preparation - Mal Kaull and Debbie Weller; staff at the Newport Yacht Club.
Saturday 1130: The first boat to finish was Skateaway Saturday morning at 0317 and the last boat to finish was POIA at 1120.
Friday 2000: Reports are that many of the boats are taking 2-4 hours rounding the mark SW of Block Island. Strong current and almost no breeze frustrated the fleet. 11 boats retired as a result.
Friday 1300: The boats were sent off in a SW breeze about 12 kts. 36 boats started.
