BOATING SAFETY SEMINAR

Our club will be hosting the Better Bay Alliance Boating Safety Seminar on February 13, 2024 from 6 pm to 8 pm. This event is OPEN TO ALL.

Whether you’re a seasoned sailor or a beginner, this event is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their boating knowledge and skills. Our expert speakers will cover a wide range of topics, including safe navigation, emergency procedures, and life-saving techniques.

In addition, there will be a demonstration of LIVE CHART, which is a (free) interactive Google Map of RI waters. Through a clear chart-like view of all boating activities on RI waters, LIVE CHART enhances safety through its use by allowing all boaters, including those in paddle sports, to plan a safe day of boating activities.
