The General Membership Meeting will take place on Thursday May 2, 2024 at 7 pm.  The purpose of the meeting will be to inform the general membership of various aspects of Club operations, to take membership comment, and to vote on appropriate matters.  The Treasurer’s financial report on the preceding fiscal year will be presented and the election of the members of the Nominating Committee will be held.

The second reading of the proposed By-Law change will take place:

Voting by proxy or electronically shall be determined in a manner as defined by the Board of Directors prior to any election and subject to the bylaws related to quorum requirements as specified in Article V1, Section 2.
